The 360 Winnet house is the single family residence which is located in Toronto, Ontario. With the 2300 square foots size this contemporary private residence has the 3 bedrooms, living room and dinning area with the kitchen which is designed between these two public rooms near upstairs to the second floor. This wooden house by CPlusC was designed as weekend residence, but when architects finished the contemporary Australian house for life was done. The single space of the first floor which contains the living area, kitchen and dinning room is very open because of the glass slide doors and big windows. The living area is designed very interesting like pool in the floor before the TV system and fireplace.

Rather creative people draw their inspiration in the creative simplicity. Simple wooden house Casa Kike by Gianni Botsford Architects is not so easy and it is located in Cahuita, Costa Rica. Not for nothing is this modern house won the 2008 Lubetkin Prize, a RIBA International Award 2008, and an Institution of Structural Engineers 2008 Structural Award. (more…)

The house in nature takes a more popularity with time. But nowadays such summer houses have the modern look, not just a wood big shack. These houses can be constructed and in the middle of the city. The example of such modern wave is Franz House by BAK architects. This summer house is located in Mar Azul Forest, Buenos Aires, Argentina and the project occupies about 89 m2. Because of the house location, on the bent, each floor of the Franz House is first from opposite sides. Riverhouse by Zerafa Studio, LLC is the example of modern architecture which is located in Ontario. This residence with view to the Niagara river has the 4700 sq.ft. living space and 1200 sq.ft. of the terrace. The house is designed as 3 parallelepiped blocks which create the one composition.
