Villa BH by WHIM is a modern, spacious, full light private house which occupies 280m2 floor area in Burgh-Haamstede, the Netherlands. From the many glass houses Villa BH gives a sense of complete freedom. This feeling probably stems from the fact that besides the external glass walls, interior walls and ceiling are partly glassy too. Aequorea is a Luxury place for relaxing which was designed by Matali Crasset under the impression of medusa form. The concept is looked elegance with creative carcass. Generally speaking the design of Aequorea also reminds a white classical bird’s cage. The example of such modern wave is Franz House by BAK architects. This summer house is located in Mar Azul Forest, Buenos Aires, Argentina and the project occupies about 89 m2. Because of the house location, on the bent, each floor of the Franz House is first from opposite sides. Hind House by John Pardey Architects is the river house, which allows you to enjoy the views of the river Loddon, near Wargrave especially during the flood. The whole house is made of a steel cover with wood paneling. Hind House was built on the beams, so that the car can be parked directly under the house. And when the river overflows its banks, it is possible to park the boats under the floor of the river house. (more…)

Although it is not a fact that you will be able to get home in the city faster then out the city, because of the speed of traffic jams. But apparently the desire to become the owner of the house in London is stronger.
