This Outcrop House by Australian architect Peter Stutchbury located on the coastline of Sydney’s northern beaches on the gentle slope, thus providing a beautiful view and a soaring sense of freedom. The site faces nonsolar south. Roof is designed and arranged in such a way that the wavy bent plywood can penetrate into the house the vertical light, and it creates a charmed lighting atmosphere.

Joint work of architects and future owners of a home is probably one of the most important conditions for success of the architectural project. Tidy Architects built the house around Santiago, Chile, while fully satisfied all the needs of owners. House, created by the brothers Albert and Ien Tidy, is built in the Californian style. This waterfront house has a ocean view from the main facade, from the other side there is little backyard.

Tennyson Point Custom Home by Australian architectural company CPlusC is located on Sydney’s Parramatta River which provides the beautiful view from the deck and main part of the house. All house space is divided on two parts: living and private. The living part is the one large room which consists of the kitchen, dinning room and living room. And all this open space follows to the deck with swimming pool before the home. Private bedroom spaces are located in the timber clad volume.
