This modern house from 1100 Architect was built on the bank of Hudson River in Garrison, NY. House located on the ground, which provides a beautiful view of the river and the surrounding countryside: high oaks and abundant greenery. In addition, the waterfront house was created in such a way that allows you to combine unity with nature and privacy. This first-floor window of the block the house from floor to ceiling with an amazing view. A personal area on the second floor, where there are no such spatial window. (more…)

Wooden house Stelzenhause by Schuberth und Schuberth is located in Klosterneuburg, near Vienna, Austia. This is a modern river house on the Danube River. And although the water in the river unclear, but I think the owners are in no way prevents enjoy river views from their homes. Lake House by KOHN SHNIER architects is a modern large house for the whole family, rolling out to a two-storey architectural structure. House of glass and oak located in Innisfil, Ontario and is surrounded by beautiful nature. The modern appearance of the building with black wood and glass harmonises perfectly in nature.

The SHIFT Cottage is located on the island in Georgian Bay and occupies the 2,000 square foot size. Strong wooden family residence by Superkül Inc. is situated so that the whole house is protected from winds from the water. The windows of the house open view of trees on the one hand, and on the other side overlooking the water.

This Outcrop House by Australian architect Peter Stutchbury located on the coastline of Sydney’s northern beaches on the gentle slope, thus providing a beautiful view and a soaring sense of freedom. The site faces nonsolar south. Roof is designed and arranged in such a way that the wavy bent plywood can penetrate into the house the vertical light, and it creates a charmed lighting atmosphere.

Joint work of architects and future owners of a home is probably one of the most important conditions for success of the architectural project. Tidy Architects built the house around Santiago, Chile, while fully satisfied all the needs of owners. House, created by the brothers Albert and Ien Tidy, is built in the Californian style. This waterfront house has a ocean view from the main facade, from the other side there is little backyard.
