L House is a contemporary house which is made in a minimalist style, focusing on maximizing the place amount at a specific site. The house turned out nevertheless quite interesting. It is a simple exterior design is diluted with bright accents of the interior.
Each space is minimalist modern and bright room, which is notable not only in pink walls, but also some bright accessories.

Sapphire Gallery is a residential space which combines gallery private collection of contemporary art and home office. It was build by XTEN Architecture in 2009 in Encino, California. To ensure sufficient space the whole house was raised above the ground. This architectural approach has created not only an additional multi-functional space for the family, but also opened a beautiful view of the surrounding hills. (more…)
