Wooden house Stelzenhause by Schuberth und Schuberth is located in Klosterneuburg, near Vienna, Austia. This is a modern river house on the Danube River. And although the water in the river unclear, but I think the owners are in no way prevents enjoy river views from their homes. House at Punta Chilen by dRN was build in 2009 on the Chiloe Island. This glass house opens view of 360 and habitants could see the Andes mountains with 8 volcanos and water panorama. Wooden interior of the house accents the transitions are not smooth ceiling and shape of the rooms in the house, but at the same time it is in perfect harmony with nature. (more…)

Total two-hour drive from New York is a country house built Tsai Residence by HHF architects for two art collectors. The house is like a song out of 4 similar units, connected by a narrow tubes that are almost invisible. The outer side is completely covered with metal panels.
