Private wooden House on a Bluff by Peter Cohan is constructed in 2008 in Seattle, WA. This two floor house, occupying a space of 6,000 square feet, perfectly meets the needs of the owners. Due to the “open design” of the first floor 5 “outdoor” rooms are in the house. This open design is achieved with trendy glass sliding walls which overlook the grassy lawn of the courtyard, which, according to the architects, perfect for cricket. Excellent place for outdoor recreation at home is also partially covered sun patio. In addition, on the second floor the personal zone is diluted with 2 decks from which the wonderful water view opens.
