Niagara riverhouse by Zerafa Studio

Riverhouse by Zerafa Studio, LLC is the example of modern architecture which is located in Ontario. This residence with view to the Niagara river has the 4700 sq.ft. living space and 1200 sq.ft. of the terrace. The house is designed as 3 parallelepiped blocks which create the one composition. The ground floor consists of two separated parts (blocks). One of them has the service space, garage, storage, guest suite and access to the basement. The perpendicular to it block that has the wonderful river review is the primary living space: kitchen, dinning room, home office, living room. Second floor, the parallel bar which is above primary spaces, has two bedrooms with bathrooms and laundry facilities, and there is master suite.
