The Pryor residence by Bates Masi Architects is located in Montauk, NY and has size of 3200 sq.ft. Besides this Family Residence won the AIA Long Island ArchiAward in 2009.

The house has several guest areas, the general part of the house is surrounded by fiberglass doors, sliders, so you can easily enjoy the ocean. In addition there is a pool with space for beach recreation, outdoor shower and dressing room. All rooms also have a glass panel doors and walls, which let you enjoy views of the landscape.

Feeling of freedom, which is almost an essential element of home design, allows felt like during lunch in the open dining room as if on a picnic, and a fireplace in the living room while transformed into a bonfire.
