Kyly sauna- Finnish hot by Avanto Architects

The sauna is a very room that should be in every house, in my opinion, especially if you know what the winter means practically. I am not going to tell how wonderful sauna is for health. But as any other places in home sauna should be comfortable, nice-looking and beside it this hut room should be wooden. Who knows about the sauna and its construction more then the people who have it as the part of culture? I am talking about Finland, actually about Finnish company Avanto Architects and its project Kyly Sauna which won the 1st prize of Habitare 2009 competition. The architects called this work a calm wooden nest. Actually Kyly Sauna is designed as an easy small labyrinth with open box places for take a steam bath, shower and dressing room. And all this composition is constructed in modern strong atmosphere of wood. Kyly Sauna can be easy dismantled and constructed again. I hope you will enjoy your bath! [Avanto Architects]
