Dream custom residence by Rockefeller PA
Mandeville Canyon Residence by Rockefeller Partners Architects was constructed in Los Angeles, CA in 2008. The whole project covers an area of 10,000 s.f. This luxurious modern house has its architectural features. This drops the height of buildings, the feeling that the whole house was created as a collage of separate parts, some of which are linked to one track with a design accent, such as a wooden staircase element.
The combination of white and brown elegant colors give this home an indescribable style luxury. Every detail is thought out the house so that in itself is fascinating and makes an incredible overall picture. For example, a window on the second floor in the bathroom, which is located not traditionally in the middle of the wall, but we can say at the corner of the house with an asymmetrical distribution of space on different walls.
Interior of the house, of course, does not yield good looks, and even surpasses it. Take the place of rest in the frame of the window in the bedroom at home. In the window niche is a sofa and bookshelves, forming a kind of mini library in the bedroom.
Excellent distribution space of the first floor is essentially one space a modern kitchen, living room, dining room, recreation room and library. But this space is still divided between a visual and different levels of the floor and tables, bookshelves and cabinets.
Center home, according to architects’ ideas is a fireplace located in the living room. Many trees in the intelligent combination of glass, balconies, elegant colors, a pond and a large swimming pool – all this is fascinating. Indeed, such a perfect house for live. [Rockefeller Partners Architects]
